This is the woman in me~

15 Sep

The colors of my soul…

The dark parts, where the sexiness hides.

All the sides I have tried to deny…

The most beautiful parts of who I am.

That deep abiding passion, the sensuality, the sadness, infinite melancholy, a tug and a kiss…

Swaying hips, and hair let down- the woman in me… she’s coming around…

She’s coming around…

The heart beats

Romantic rendezvous on a lover’s lane for 2. Enrapture my heart, like I know that you want to…

Let the limbs of your love encircle the beats that make this heart of mine aflame with life. Let euphoria abound in this heated world of mine… Take my hand into yours, twist a ringlet of my hair… your fingers call out to me, oh touch me if you dare. Just touch me… if you dare…

Romantic rendezvous on a lover’s lane for 2. There’s a spot waiting here for you. I know you’ve been searching, as I’ve been longing… just waiting here for you…

Spirit in the Wind

14 Sep

For me, there seems to be more certainty in the things that I cannot see, feel or touch, not in a tangible way at least. I am talking about the spirit in the wind. The spirit that drives every living soul, every living entity on this planet and beyond. It’s the magic and the wonder in the things that cannot be spoken by mere human tongue. So, in this way, there is no judgment or thought, nor, are …there decisions to be made, nor are there conclusions to come to…

I speak of the side of life that yes, we might question from time to time, but those questions have the ability to form the most beautiful sensations. We can never put an answer to such things, we just have to feel them. And we just know that what we are feeling is real, and it is true.

I like to get lost in such moments. Being out in nature, the quiet times, the connections made between people through traumatic and/or miraculous events, the simple beauty brought to life by the simplest of things. Nature. Humanity. And everything in between… There are worlds that we do not see within this world that we do see. Those unseen worlds can whisk us away, in such a way, that feeling overrides thought. The creative mind springs to life… And that is the only thing that matters, because, in actuality, that is the only thing that is real…

The Restless in Me

I truly feel that if I were not the restless spirit- that I am- I never would have experienced the amazing things that I have experienced. My soul just
keeps on reaching. There are times when I just want a simple life, but the restless nature that I am, I want to experience all that life has to offer.
Not just the “simple” things, but the daring things, the scary things, the dreams of one’s heart …that will never settle until they are ventured into

and explored…

So I guess I desire and appreciate both. The simplicity of life “the easy things” and the daring feats of reaching those “impossible” dreams. Because

the truth of the matter is this; our hearts are restless for a reason. (My heart anyway) Life… with all of its heartache, its triumphs, its pain… the
chance to experience every facet of every detail, every emotion, discovering the beauty that lies within the cracks and the crevices of areas that

people don’t normally notice, because they don’t take the time to seek this beauty out…

The chances of failure and disappointment and fear, they are worth taking! To reach for what your mind calls “impossible” is certainly the most

valiant feat of all…

I have come to question, and notice, a lot over this past year (particularly pertaining to my faith & religion).

One thing I have noticed is how many of the Atheists I have met and befriended are actually better Christians than so-called Christians are. So, it brings me to this: I think a lot of it is just the religion for most people it keeps them structured, maybe keeps their demons at bay; it’s self-serving in other words. I have come to really have a disdain for the religion part of it. Just a bunch of man-made rules and ways to not be free.

But God wants us to be free. To be who we really are, to not cast judgment on others and, therefore, we can be free of judgment!

It’s not a book, or a song, or a Sunday morning church service, or an “Amen” or a “Hallelujah-Prrrrraaaiise the Lord!” It’s about giving others the
freedom to be themselves it’s about being loving, just doing your best, and simply… having some faith!

Not trying to impress anybody~

You know those times when you go balls out? You take a chance- you lose yourself. The tests come, you are faced with challenges that seem to mount up like a great big wall. Critical thinking goes out the window- instead you’re clouded by all the thoughts and opinions of others. But where are your thoughts? What happened to your own unique creativity?

All of a sudden you’re just a face among the masses. A bunch of people who all act and think the same. Goes against everything that (I) believe. We can be one without being carbon copies.

“Competitive” inspirations do not mix. I get to the point where I can’t fully articulate myself to others. My voice gets shaded. Totally lost within that mix. It makes me want to scream! And once I get to that point- I remember… My own dreams…

It just kind of sucks that hardship happens to inspire me so much. lol… What the heck. Romance and love and nature inspire me as well. Of course I would much rather have a life where the only inspirations that I needed to articulate truth to people were romance and love…

But we need to hear the stories of hardship. That’s when we need the most help!
